Rainmaker is a service operated by Josh Edelson / Edelson Photography ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. We keep it short because our practice is simple: we only collect what you choose to send us, and we use it only to respond to you.
We collect the information you voluntarily enter into a form on this site — typically your name, email address, city/market, and (optionally) your website. If you take the visibility quiz, we also receive the score and answers you generate. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site and communicate with you — currently our web host (Hostinger), email, and a scheduling tool (Calendly) if you book a call. These providers process your information only to provide their service to us, under their own privacy terms.
This site uses only what's needed to function. If we later add analytics or advertising pixels (for example, to measure an ad campaign), we will update this policy to say so.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you've submitted, or to stop contacting you. Just email josh@edelsonphotography.com and we'll take care of it.
